Consent Form

1. Consent Declaration

I agree to the following:

1. Permission to collect, store and use my data: Chubb Arabia may collect, store, and use my credit data, personal data, and sensitive personal data in order to administer the policy, for example to provide me with a quote for insurance cover, underwrite the risks to be insured or process any claims. Chubb Arabia may store my data in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations applying to my insurance policy with Chubb Arabia.

2. Permission to obtain my data from third parties: Chubb Arabia may obtain my credit data, personal data, and sensitive personal data from relevant trusted third parties, professional associations, and public authorities to provide me with insurance cover, underwrite the risks to be insured or process any claims. 

3. Sharing my personal data: Chubb Arabia may share my credit data, personal data, and sensitive personal data within and outside of the Kingdom, ensuring compliance with data protection standards. I understand that Chubb Arabia has put in place contractual arrangements with these respective parties to protect my data. I agree to release all individuals at these institutions and Chubb Arabia from their respective confidentiality obligations relating to my personal and sensitive personal data that they are required to share and use for these aforementioned stated purposes.

2. Withdrawal of Consent:

I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Chubb Arabia's Data Privacy Officer. However, I acknowledge that withdrawing consent may affect Chubb Arabia’s ability to provide me with insurance services, also Consent withdrawal shall not affect the Processing of Personal Data that is based on other legal bases. 

3. Data related to individuals that fully or partially lacks legal capacity:

I understand that if I am the legal guardian providing consent for information regarding individuals that fully or partially lacks legal capacity, Chubb Arabia has no intention of collecting any personal information unless it is agreed by me, and it is necessary for the products or services offered to the individual that fully or partially lacks legal capacity. In case that they collect personal data through their website, the data would be used for the purpose of directly responding to the request, without using the data for any other purposes. It will be used or disclosed to the extent allowed by law and regulation or expressly consented to by legal guardians or necessary for the protection of the individuals that fully or partially lacks legal capacity’s interests. The individual’s data will not be processed without notifying the guardian of the request except for the following:

• If there is a legal justification for the Insurance company to process the data specified by law, regulation, or for security reasons.
• When the sole purpose of collecting the contact details of the incompetent is to respond directly to a specific request from the incompetent, and not for any other purpose.
